We will have UW Rock County and UW Whitewater visiting Craig virtually next week. The meetings will be 2 days in a row so you can visit with them on your virtual learning day.

Approved courses count toward high school graduation and college credit. If you are interested in taking a course in the fall, applications are due to the student center by March 1st, 2021
The Wisconsin Early College Credit program, formerly known as Course Options, allows public high school students who meet certain requirements, to take a course at a Wisconsin 4 year public college or a Wisconsin 4 year private college. Approved courses count toward high school graduation and college credit. If you are interested in taking a course in the fall, applications are due to the student center by March 1st, 2021 Applications for both programs are located in the Craig Student Services Office. Any questions, please contact your counselor. Scholarships are in full swing right now. Please visit the Craig High School homepage and click on the Student Services tab. Go to scholarships and Financial Aid and scroll down to the 3 blue boxes.
The first box is the building local scholarship form..........every senior should fill this out and turn it in. It is due to the student services office no later than March 1st The available scholarship box is the most up to date spreadsheet of local scholarships. Read the eligibility criteria and follow the due dates. The Janesville Community Foundation Scholarship box is Craig specific scholarships from a variety of community organizations. All of the community foundation scholarships are due no later than March 1st. Any questions, please stop by the student center or contact your counselor If you plan on attending a Wisconsin Technical College in the fall of 2021, there is a scholarship available that is due soon.

Doorway to College will be offering two virtual ACT test prep seminars to help you improve your ACT score in all subtests, practice strategies to eliminate wrong choices, reduce test anxiety and increase confidence. The Badger State program educates young leaders on how to become more impactful community members of Wisconsin. During the program, high school students between their junior and senior years learn how our government system works by creating their own city, county, and state legal government. Badger Boys State will be held at Ripon College from June 13-18, 2021. Badger Girls State is held at UW-Oshkosh from June 20-25, 2021. Applications are available in the Assistant Principal’s office and are due by Friday, February 21, 2021. A decision will be made later this Spring about Badger State being held in person or virtually. See Mr. Phillips with questions.
